Cascade has recently completed a heads of agreement with Torian Resources Ltd (ASX:TNR) which, on completion, will see Cascade take a substantial shareholding in Torian Resources. Cascade will retain its Kanowna South and Zeuleika projects and is pursuing other opportunities. Cascade is seeking a listing on the ASX as soon as practical.
